Light and bright, these Affordable Range floor plans and designs have been created with the modern kiwi family in mind. Enjoy open plan living with plenty of features the whole family can appreciate. This range has been designed and priced with the Kiwi Saver First Home Buyer making them excellent value for money.

Section price is additional, so we get in touch to get an accurate build-only price so you can calculate your total budget when you find a section you like. We can then add your section price to the build price to give you one package in collaboration with our financial partners.

As with all our Christchurch house plans and designs, this collection can be used as inspiration for starting your own dream home design. Can the house plans be altered?

Yes you can alter any of the house plans in our library. Some clients like the look of our plans as they stand because it fits their section and lifestyle. Others end up making significant changes to a plan. Either way, we can help you through the process. We make any changes with you and then we use our architect to amend the selected house plan.

I like a plan, what's the next step?

All you need to do is contact us at Build7 Christchurch. We’ll have a no-pressure chat with you over the phone or in person to learn about your goals and your situation. We’ll answer your questions about finding a section, matching a section to your house design (if you have one), how to customise a house plan, pricing of your build and lots more.

What are the prices for the Affordable House Plans range?

Pricing for our house plans in the ‘Affordable’ range will vary depending on a few factors. These include work that may be needed to prepare your section, consents and ground engineering work. Get in touch and we’ll help you with pricing for your your plan. Rest assured, the same care and attention goes into building an affordable home as it does when with our Design and Build process.

What are your prices to build?

The pricing of the construction of your house is based on a number of things. They can include:

The potential work required to your section (including engineering and earthworks)
The size of your build – based on your house plan
