You can browse our range of ready-to-build house and land packages right now or you can find a section anywhere in Christchurch or Canterbury and we can match one of our house plans with it. Our Affordable Range makes great sense if you are looking for a modern and stylish home but don’t want to pay the earth. If you can’t find a house design that suits no problem! We can design one (complimentary) to fit the section. Once you are happy with the build price, we present a total house and land package fixed price package.

All our House and Land Listings are priced, ready to build and for sale right now. All the house plans in our range are also and ready to build, and we’d love to talk to you about the build-only price and overall pricing which is based on your location, your section and a few other factors. All you need to do is get in touch. Once we give you the price to build the house, you simply need to match the price of the section you find with the price of the house to build and that will give you the total price. Remember, for Kiwisaver first home buyers you can spend up to $550,000 for a complete house and land package in Christchurch. Therefore if the section cost was $170,000 and the build price was $380,000, the total would be $550,000. Perfect!

Each House Plan and House and Land Package has a detailed specification which you can download. The specification details exactly what is covered in your build price, but rest assured every Build7 home will be finished to a standard ready for you to simply move in a relax.
